Information we receive

Through a private introduction: name, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest, the nature of the note and your message. Through ordinary operation of the site: server log data, including IP address, request time, requested resource and user agent, generated by the hosting provider.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry information is processed to consider and respond to your note, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and of steps taken at your request prior to any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server log data is processed to deliver and secure the site, on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and performs no tracking or profiling. Fonts and other assets are served from the site's own hosting.

Processors and transfers

The site is delivered by a hosting and platform provider acting as processor under Article 28 GDPR. The identity of that provider, the contract particulars and any transfer of personal data to a third country together with the applicable safeguards are stated here once confirmed in writing by the responsible entity. Information is not sold, published or used for unsolicited correspondence, and is otherwise disclosed only where required by law or where necessary to progress a matter you have asked us to pursue.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as the matter, and any applicable statutory retention obligation, requires. Server log data is retained only for the short period necessary for security and operation.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, by writing to contact@dawidgoldenco.co. Providing information is voluntary; without it a note cannot be considered.

Right of complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
